Exchanges:
If the merchandise you ordered isn't quite what you had in mind you may exchange the merchandise up to 30 days from the original purchase date.  Merchandise will be accepted for exchange in new condition only.  If you are planning to exchange an item please contact us prior to shipping the item with the following information:

Returns/Refunds
General Merchandise will be accepted in return for a refund in new condition only.  If the merchandise you ordered isn't quite what you had in mind you may return the merchandise for a refund up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Shipping

Orders will be shipped out by the next business day.  Most Orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail*. If you would rather we ship your order via UPS we'd be happy to do so please specify in the "additional information" section during the checkout process. 
*International, Alaskan & Hawaiian customers we will generally send your order via US Global Priority mail. Pricing that the shopping cart generates for shipping may not be accurate. Please contact us for the correct amount for shipping.
